Empirix Named to the SD Times 100
Company's Web Business Unit recognized as a leader and innovator

Empirix's Web Business Unit has been named to the SD Times 100 for 2007. The fifth-annual SD Times 100, published in the June 1, 2007 issue of SD Times, recognizes the software industry's top leaders, innovators, and influencers who have most broadly "set the agenda" through leadership and innovation over the past year.

According to the SD Times 100 award citation, "If there's a way to simplify Web application testing, chances are Empirix has thought of it. Its point-and-shoot functional, regression, and performance test and monitoring tools lead the way."

Empirix Expands Presence in India
Partnership with leading software services company Cybage brings Empirix testing solutions to region

Through a partnership with global offshore software services company Cybage, Empirix has expanded its presence in India. Headquartered in Pune, India, Cybage has deployed Empirix's e-TEST suite in its Testing Centre of Excellence, and the company now provides e-TEST suite to customers deploying Web and SOA applications.

As part of the partnership agreement, Cybage will have priority access to Empirix software and support, and Empirix will gain access to new customers and an ecosystem of skilled e-TEST suite practitioners in India. Empirix has also recently established a branch office in Pune, India.

"This partnership will enhance the automated testing solutions being offered by Cybage to its customers, which lets its customers know just how serious it is about providing quality assurance initiatives to its clientele," said Dan Koloski, Director of Strategy and Business Development for the Web Business Unit at Empirix. "With products from headquarters and local support through our Pune operation, providers such as Cybage can quickly ramp up and ensure they are ready to deliver high-quality software to their customers."
