“Ensuring Quality in Large-Scale Networks”
New webcast addresses the challenges of testing and monitoring large-scale VoIP networks
VoIP adoption rates continue to grow, NGN and IMS networks are maturing rapidly, placing increasing levels of load on today's networks. Large-scale subscriber traffic can create new network issues not seen during initial deployments. How can you accurately model these large-scale networks in the lab? How do you identify and monitor relevant quality metrics in a sea of data?

The latest Empirix webcast—”Ensuring Quality in Large-Scale Networks,” is sponsored by TMC and will discuss:
  • Common NGN/IMS issues found in large-scale load, such as outage issues, overloads, and attack
  • Challenges implementing and testing security at these levels
  • Approaches for simulating large-scale VoIP network issues in the lab
  • Methodologies for monitoring large-scale VoIP networks in live networks

The TMC Empirix “Ensuring Quality in Large-Scale Networks” Webcast will be held on July 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. EDT.
