Value-Added Resources—to Help You Adopt Complex Solutions with Confidence
|
Empirix works consistently to develop unique programs and tools that enhance our customers’ experiences with Empirix solutions. This issue of Catalyst presents a few of the most recent examples.
A case in point… Empirix has unveiled a free poster—Ensuring Quality IMS Products and Services Reference Guide—which provides easy-to-access information that can help you overcome the challenges of implementing and deploying IMS devices, networks, applications, and services.
In this issue, we’re celebrating the one-year anniversary of QAZone. Since its launch in April 2007, the site has welcomed nearly 425,000 unique visitors; more than 1,300 of these visitors have become active QAZone members, who benefit from a unique community dedicated to fostering communication and collaboration among QA and IT professionals.
And there is more cause for celebration. Empirix has been named a winner of the inaugural VON Magazine Innovator Awards, which recognize companies that represent “the future of Internet communications,” and we’ve expanded into the Middle East with partner Verscom International.
Plus, Empirix’s five-part podcast series has been designed to help you ensure that you’re making the most of your IP environment, and a new whitepaper—“Can Your Contact Center Handle a Disaster?”—shares quality assurance best- practices in disaster recovery preparedness.
You’ll read about three new Empirix customers—Synchronoss Technologies, Honda Racing, and TNCI—who rely on Empirix solutions to ensure quality and performance for their own customers.
In addition, you will meet Marketing Specialist Junko Nakaida, who works for Empirix’s Web Solutions group in Japan, and shares her perspective on the value of effective customer communications, as well as how she helps customers understand the importance of testing through a cartoon series she created—Bottleneck Busters.
Finally, you’ll learn about articles that appeared in SDTimes, VON Magazine, IT-DIRECTOR.COM, and The Tester, which cite Empirix contributors and Empirix solutions.
As always, the most important recognition comes from you, and we welcome your feedback: catalyst@empirix.com.
