Empirix has entered into an agreement to sell its Web application testing software assets to Oracle, but retains the OneSight Web monitoring business. We will continue to develop OneSight and to support OneSight customers. The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions. Until the closing of the transaction, the e-TEST product line remains part of Empirix and it is business as usual.

The sale of the Web application testing software assets enables Empirix to focus energy and more resources on our remaining product lines, OneSight being one.

OneSight supports the current version of e-TEST for Web transaction monitoring and we will make best efforts to support future versions of the Oracle product.

You will continue to receive support from Empirix through the same channels. When the transaction closes, you will be contacted by a new Empirix sales person for ordering products in the future.
