Hammer Call Analyzer
Quickly identifying the root source of network problems is critical to timely deployment and customer satisfaction. Hammer Call Analyzer, known as HCA, is a time-saving diagnostic and analysis tool for VoIP, NGN, and IMS networks. HCA can be used to uncover, isolate, and troubleshoot signaling and media problems. Valuable features include full protocol decodes, call/session correlation across multiple protocols and multiple domains, call/session flow visualization and media analysis.

Hammer Transport
Hammer Transport combines all the features of the Hammer FX and Hammer Call Analyzer into one convenient, pick-up-and-go portable platform. While its portability make it ideal for field technicians its powerful feature set means it can be used in the lab or on the road.

Hammer XMS Active
Emulating IP or TDM end points and simulating basic voice, featured voice and fax calls a Service Provider can perform feature testing and service quality benchmarking prior to service turn-up. Simulated traffic can be run between active probes or in loopback mode to measure signaling and media quality. Analysis and reporting of test results is integrated with Hammer XMS passive monitoring to form a complete view of service quality.
