Hammer XMS™ P3000 Probe
The third generation of Hammer XMS™ probes is a purpose-build system customized for optimal performance, density and price. It offers flexible blade architecture, a modular approach for interface modules; computational performance and packet capture options.
A P3000 probe can be configured for passive monitoring as part of a Hammer XMS or Hammer XMS/S7™ solution.
A P3000 probe provides:- Message correlation across all protocols involved in a single call
- On-platform storage of call ladder diagrams for each call as well as detailed protocol decodes
- Support for external storage through a Fiber Channel interface
- A voice quality assessment of each and every call by capturing and examining RTP traffic in real-time
- Ability to record RTP packets for playback and analysis to assist in troubleshooting
- Optional network interface modules for T1/E1/J1 (SS7/ISDN) or Ethernet (IP)
