µQXManager

Whether you're providing video on demand, mobile or interconnect services, every operator needs a complete end-to-end picture of their network. It is the only way to efficiently troubleshoot, smoothly transition to new technologies, spot trends, or identify bottlenecks. More importantly, proactively assuring a great customer experience is the best way to keep your customers happy and attract new ones.

µQXManager™ is the Centrix Viewer and control system for the MIP-DMA solution. It collects comprehensive data records from each IPXPlorer® probe and rebuilds the entire end-to-end session. It creates a complete network wide traffic view and determines all possible correlations between events.

µQXManager provides over 3000 KPIs including:
  • IP impairments such as network response time, latency, jitter, packet loss, duplication, retransmission, fragmentation level and more
  • Generic application impairments such as application response time, traffic figures per direction, retransmissions, uplink and downlink speeds and more
  • Specific service impairments and performance data such as session established, released, and duration time, real user perceived speed, QoS scoring, telephony type analysis (ASR, ABR, call attempts etc) and more
  • Inter-protocol and inter-site correlation impairments such as transit delay, message loss, overhead, efficiency, speed bottlenecks, QoS effectiveness and more
µQXManager aggregates analysis results in several ways, including:
  • Physical: site, port, VLAN,Q-in-Q, MPLS label and tunnel
  • Network/Transport: server, client, hosts, and pairs
  • Equipment address: IP, point code, SGSG, GGSN, HLR, SP, SCP, HLR, media gateway, MGC, call agent, and proxy
  • Signaling numbers: E164, IMSI, MSISDN, URL and email
  • Terminal type and service
  • Programmable groups such as IP address range, area and country code, service area codes, along with phone, IMSI, or MSISDN ranges
µQXManager provides snapshot analysis and trends aggregated in several modes:
  • Top 'N' reports for site, server, client, hosts, pairs, users, calling, called, MSISDN, equipment type, conversations, and more
  • KPIs for fastest and slowest elements, quickest responses time, bandwidth, utilization, usage, sessions, tunnels, and more
  • QoS measurement of MOS, MDI, jitter, other IP and services impairments
  • Fully programmable time intervals
