James Probert joined Empirix in July 2020 as Customer Success Manager. Prior to this James spent 19 years at Telefonica UK, commencing his career in Finance and IT before moving into Networks, designing SMS and subsequently leading a team of Messaging designers, later becoming a Business Manager where he oversaw finance, business cases and procurement processes on the Networks side of the business.
In 2015, as Business Manager, James led the RFP to replace Tektronix with Empirix and requested to oversee the project as a Senior stakeholder. In 2016 James built and then led the Network Monitoring and Service Assurance team until February 2020 when he left Telefonica UK to join Empirix.
James holds a Degree in History from Oxford University and lives in the South of France with his wife and two children.
